    Liza Kissel brings over a decade of behind-the-scenes expertise in the entertainment industry, from working on Broadway shows, opera, nightlife, special effects, circus and theater productions. At Astarte, Liza manages all levels of production to ensure each event is executed seamlessly.

    As a lifelong performer, Abby Mycek is attuned to the needs of our artists, and is responsible for talent casting, logistics and administrative support. When she isn’t on the stage, Abby is staying on top of artist communications, contracts, invoices, and those urgent COI requests that never fail to appear out of nowhere.

In this phase, we explore your overall vision and specific entertainment needs, factoring in your event location, budget, schedule, and design elements. From there, we craft a proposal tailored to your unique tastes.

CREATE

Once the scope work is finalized, a deposit is required to initiate production. This phase includes key elements such as wardrobe styling, costume design, hair and makeup tests, castings, choreography, rehearsals, fittings, and regular check-ins with your team to ensure seamless progress.

REALIZE
